Midas Homes and Westco are working together to create TR1, a stylish development of new apartments and houses set in the heart of Truro, mixing the exciting refurbishment of the former City Hospital with contemporary new build property in Truro.
The redevelopment of this site has already seen the installation of eight, 8 Person (630kg) Hydraulic Passenger Lifts, with two further installations commencing shortly.
All units have been installed within their own Ideal Lift Frame for timber frame buildings and supplied with a Machine Room Cabinet (MRC). The hydraulic drive system and controller are housed in a cabinet that can be remotely located or fixed to an adjacent wall on any landing.
