NVQ 3/4 Qualified lift engineers to required to install package lifts UK wide.

Current applicable CSCS cards, health and safety training, SSSTS will be required as a minimum.

An opportunity has arisen within Ideal Lifts Service Ltd for an office based Operations Administrator to join the company, helping to organise planned and reactive work for our engineers and providing support to the Operations team.

This is an exciting opportunity for anyone with a proven background in this discipline, or someone looking to further their career from a similar position.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

Customer & Communication Support

  • Handling incoming telephone enquiries, passing to the relevant departments
  • Liaising with customers for reactive work
  • Updating customers regarding service status

Operational Administration

  • Booking jobs for the field based engineering team
  • Ensure engineers have the necessary parts for quoted and scheduled work.
  • Support job planning and wider operational activities.
  • Administer rotas in collaboration with the call centre.
  • Company vehicle administration

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Attending lift breakdown call outs and carrying out routine service visits
  • Carrying out repair work on a wide range of equipment types
  • Undertaking technical surveys
  • Out of hours call outs on a standby rota
  • Liaising with management on matters of Health and Safety in the field
  • Dealing with customers and members of the public
  • SAFed supplementary testing

Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.
