In the healthcare sector, the vertical transportation of patients, staff, and equipment is a critical logistical operation that directly impacts patient care.
With a wide range of solutions for medical environments including NHS, private hospitals, clinics and care home lifts, we can provide specialist options including trolley lifts, with capacities of up to 21 persons; and bed lifts that accommodate up to 33 persons for larger units – all compliant with design guidance within the Health Technical Memorandum (HTM) 08-02, Lifts, 2016 Edition.
Designed for efficient movement and comfort, our lifts for hospitals offer 24/7 uninterrupted operation to ensure patient safety. Equipped with spacious cabs, precise levelling and high load capacities (1600-2500kg).
Hospital lifts see frequent use, so hygiene is essential. Standard and bespoke solutions are available, as well as specialist products and services to meet each customer’s individual specification.

We work with clients from the very start of the process, offering a design and technical support service. Our team can then assist with ‘freezing’ the lift design details, providing them in DWG & BIM to the professional team, and with continued technical support ensuring a successful completion.

The HTM 08-02, Lifts, 2016 Edition states that;
“The HTM 08-02 provides guidance on the planning, design, installation, commissioning, testing, maintenance and operation of new lifts (vertical transportation) in healthcare buildings. It also provides supporting information that can be used in specifications for manufacturers, procurement contracts and the briefing of design teams.
Although this HTM is applicable to new installations, it can be used for the upgrading and modernisation of existing installations, and is of use at various stages during the inception, design, commissioning, testing and maintenance of lift services.”
