The Ideal Lifting Beam Solution, a pioneering innovation in lift shaft engineering, streamlining installation and operation. At its core is a single, precision-engineered, UK-manufactured steel lifting beam, featuring an integrated lifting eye and multiple positioning options to cover the whole shaft footprint.
Simplifying the design and construction of lift shafts is one of Ideal Lifts’ core values, which is a major benefit for constructors. We understand about build time and budget, which is why our aim is to offer cost effective and time reducing solutions.
Ideal Lifts Ltd. can now manufacture, install & test a pioneering, alternative solution to traditional lifting beams and eyes.
Our innovative solution is precision-engineered, cut and folded to provide comparable strength and integrity to traditional heavy RSJ type lifting beams.
Simplified fixings negate the need for complicated casting or drill through of lifting eyes as well as the need to use specialist inserts and holes for installation.
We appreciate that flexibility is key in providing tailored solutions for our clients, and therefore offer our Ideal Lifting Beam Solution as 3 different packages. Ranging from simply manufacturing your beam for collection at our Depot, or manufacturing and delivering to site ready for you to install and test, all the way through to our complete solution that includes for us to manufacture, install and test the beam. The complete package includes for the thorough examination and test by a competent person under the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER) 1998.
